CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Once the abstract is accepted for presentation at the GHTC - 2022, at least one author contributing paper need to register to the conference. The delegate needs to register online by filling the application form and submit the requisite registration fee. The conference registration fees are as below:

The registration fee (non-refundable) will include the conference materials, access to all sessions, the official breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, snacks and three days (conference days only) complimentary accommodation in the university guest house. The participants will be accommodated in the limited number of rooms in the university guest house on twin sharing/ first come first serve basis from July 27 to 29, 2022 (03 Nights). Participants requiring accommodation in the NERIST guest house are requested to inform at  ghtconference@gmail.com before July 10, 2022. In case you wish to extend your stay before / after the conference, please confirm the same in the mail. The same may be arranged on separate payment basis, subject to availability. Accompanying persons are entitled to enjoy all the facilities applicable to the delegates except conference materials and participation certificate. Hotel accommodation for delegates can also be arranged on request at normal rates.
